If your internal funnel doesn't look like the ones in the photos and you have a larger opening then that means you have the new and improved funnel. After a few customers fed back that they kept their funnels in when they pee but it was filling up too quickly, instead of having to remove them when in use and replace when carrying full, we reshaped the funnel to give it a larger opening but still give leakproof protection for after use. Some times I do if Amazon has run out of stock but I mainly dispatch orders brought from the Whizzer website.

This is because so many people prefer to save time and money using Prime delivery, which I totally get. Or maybe they didn't know I existed outside of Amazon!

So although as a company I pay the cost for your Amazon delivery I often don't have any control over what is sent out, as it comes directly from the Amazon warehouse.

This means that I can't add any extras like Whizzerland fairy packs for kids or the instruction leaflets. It also means that bags and straps may need to be purchased here but I do make sure I add what I can to make sure you're not missing out and the cost remains the same. So you may find a little extra in there.

So if you have any issue with the product please do get in touch with me and I'll do my best to sort it for you and to save the need to return products to Amazon as they eventually come back to me in the end.

I don't usually get customers returning their Whizzers but I know Amazon make it super easy for customers to return and although they do eventually return to me, the majority have been opened, damaged and in some cases used.. yuk I know!

As I'm a very small business this has a massive impact. So if there is an issue please let me try to fix it for you or alternatively if you do wish to return it please can it be unused and put back the way it came as i will be charged for the service and do check them individually.
