Return, refund & replacement Policy

Please Note:

At the time of the Kiddiwhizz launch we enabled pre-orders to ensure we had enough stock produced and sent on its way to the UK so it will be a few weeks but we will update you every step of the way. There's more information in the FAQ Page.

Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Cancellation after purchase:

Please check the FAQ Page before contacting us to ensure your query isn't already answered there.

Please send us an email to within 24hrs of purchase and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.

Please type CANCEL into the subject and don't forget to include your order details.


Issues after receiving your Order:

We would like to hope that all our customers are happy with our products and services, however we know that mistakes can happen and problems will arise so hopefully we can resolve them quickly.

Firstly please check the FAQ page as we may have answered your query there.

Please send us an email to

Please write FAULT in the subject header, include your order details and state your concern.

Please attach a picture of the item(s) with its original packaging. This needs to be within 48 hours of receiving the order to get a replacement or refund.

Note: We will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement.

Kiddiwhizz reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund and have checked your bank account again please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially cleared.

If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund yet, please email us at including REFUND in the subject header and don't forget to include your order details.

Important information:

When placing an order only ONE promotion/coupon code will be used per transaction.

Kiddiwhizz will not be held liable for packages that are returned to sender.

Exchanges must be within 7 days of receiving your purchase and unless the original product sent was wrong, we are unable to cover return postage costs.
